Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-6 yrs)

Experience : 1 to 6 yrs (real estate experience will be preferred)
Location : Noida
Qualification : Minimum Graduate or PG
Job Responsibilities :
- "Getting the sale" using various customer sales methods (Cold calling, presentations, etc).
- Forecasting sales, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Evaluating customer's skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
- Maintain and expand client database.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Preferred Experience in Real Estate domain.
