Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for growing the customer base through the real estate broker channel
- The role can be divided into three major segments: Market Research, Business Development and Sales
Market Research :
- Identify, build strong network of real estate brokers of an allocated area and develop partnerships with them
Business Development :
- Regularly visiting the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong network
- Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners.
- Interact with the leads on call to convert.
