Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
1. Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits to finalized the desired property/investment
2. Participate in negotiations and Sale
3. Team Handling(Depends on profile)
4. Inform Managers about upcoming projects and make prospective list of clients/ target
5. Strong inter-personal and communication skills
6 Aptitude for Customer Pre and Post Sale Service Delivery
7. Ability to work in a team, handle team to achieve/met given target
8. Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools
9. Good in giving Presentations, Marketing and Event Handling
10. Candidate must have own Vehicle
