Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Establish contacts with real estate brokers in the city.
- Scouting for properties that are best suited for us.
- Check and follow-up for the licenses required to set up the hostel.
- Prepare daily reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
- Exploring opportunities to add value to the organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Negotiation, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Professionalism, Listening.
- Should be a Travel - Freak
- Willing to Work Remotely.
- Someone who is a learner and a risk- taker.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Prior Experience in the Real estate would be Preferred.
Location - Delhi
-Travel will be Reimbursed.
-Salary - 3 - 4 LPA
