Job Description :

- 01 years - 02 years sales experience, maturity to be able to interact with senior management for deal closure

- - Working alongside the sales team and will be responsible for organizing in-house real estate events showcasing the developers latest projects and schemes.

- Business development & revenue generation.

- Smooth coordination with developers.

- Vendor coordination & negotiations for marketing activities.

- Ensure all the campaigns are delivered on time, to budget and to specification.

- Coordination with agencies for flawless execution of marketing and branding execution.

- Event management at an impeccable level (planning, executing and budgeting, etc.)

- Events can include: exhibitions and fairs, festivals, promotions, conferences etc.

- Ability to leverage for repeated business opportunities of the huge base of BCM professionals that have already interacted with CORE in the past

- Capability of full sales cycle from profiling, datamining, promotion, marketing, sales and deal closure.

- Support the company when required to carry out diverse marketing activities including advertising and promotional campaigns with the objective of increasing brand image and market share.

- Augment sales through multi-channel communications with the clients, and improved customer satisfaction and retention through after sales follow-up. Monitor customer feedback to ensure optimum client satisfaction, and also improve product quality/features.

- Ability to create effective proposals and customer collateral, and sensitively follow up for deal closure, Strong negotiation skills and ability to demonstrate the value proposition to the customer

- Exposure to BCM and DR/Risk Management/Infosec and other management systems would be a plus but not necessary

Desired Candidate Profile

Multi Tasking : Effective time management and prioritization of tasks

- Self Starter and self motivated, can do the job with minimal supervision

- Crisp verbal and written communication and presentation skills: Be able to summarize and decipher critical areas in information provided and present it in a neat, crisp and concise manner

- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Good temperament, self driven, flexible, bright and enthusiastic

Qualification : MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Graduation.

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
