Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)

- Our client takes complete responsibility for selling realty projects. Our client are into real estate and partner with builders/developers to market and sell their residential & commercial properties in the market.
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
- Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
- Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures.
- Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Ideal Candidate :
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Proficient in Hindi English and Marathi in order to be able to communicate with the stakeholders.
- Excellent in Customer relationship Management, Sales , networking & strong Negotiations Skills.
- Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
- A graduate/HSC from any discipline is preferred.
- 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
- Freshers also welcome.
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
