Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)
Role Definition : A Business Development Executive is a person who is responsible for attending to leads generated, generate new leads, sharing all project details, arranging site visit and convincing customers about benefits of the product.
Responsibility Deliverable :
1. Exploring new leads given by company
2. Setting up meetings with potential customers
3. Updating CRM software with regular updates
4. Writing emails, sending updates and offers to customers in pipeline
5. Making weekly reports.
6. Setting up of site visits.
7. Generating new leads for the company.
8. Developing skills and business knowledge to grow into a business development manager.
Tasks & Activities :
1. Exploring and satisfying new leads given by company. To attend and respond to the lead received for establishing connect, deliver project details under the prescribed timelines in the SOP.
2. Setting up meetings Setting up meeting for the sales team out of the leads services is a key task to successfully completing a lead lifecycle.
3. Updating and improving CRM software with regular updates. To update the CRM with daily activity and status of the hot leads and other leads worked on.
4. Writing emails, sending updates and offers to leads allotted . To find out the aggressive offers and schemes launched by company from your manager and to engage a prospect with from the date of exploring to site visit before marking them dead.
5. Making weekly reports Maintaining daily and weekly reports in a manner that's gives useful insight to your leaders on the efficiency of the leads received.
6. Setting up of site visits.To help leaders set site visits at the end of the week.
7. Generating new leads for the company.To generate new leads independently by targeting right audience from the internet using various mediums like Linkedin, social media and to learn to identify decision makers of target audience.
8. Generating meetings for the leaders To be able to generate opportunity for F2F meet prospective customers and upskilling on the art of generating meeting with company leads and independent leads generated.
9. Developing skills and business knowledge to grow into a business development manager. After achieving monthly lead target and meeting targets, BD executive will accompany reporting managers for F2F meeting to develop selling skills and increase business knowledge to be able to achieve career growth as per the life cycle of the role.
