Business Development Executive

Role Definition : A Business Development Executive is a person who will be primary contact for inbound and outbound leads to be explored or qualified, respectively for creating a pipeline of interested customers and sharing all project details.

Responsibility : 

Deliverable

1. Follow outbound/inbound lead generation process

2. Data management in CRM

3. Writing emails, sending updates and offers to customers in pipeline

4. Making weekly reports.

5. Developing skills and business knowledge to grow into an assistant Business Development Manager.

Tasks & Activities :


1. Follow outbound/ inbound lead generation process

Outbound :

- Learn to identify the target customer, obtain data using tools

- Pitch them the product to qualify them as an interested prospect for your leader to pursue

Inbound :

- Qualify leads generated by the company by following the sales process laid by the company to be pursued by your leader

2. Data management in CRM & weekly reports : Organise lead data, crm updates and reporting sheets as per the SOP of the company to optimise efficiency of the data.

3. Writing emails, sending updates and offers to leads allotted. To find out the aggressive offers and schemes launched by company from your manager and to engage a prospect with from the date of exploring to site visit before marking them dead.

4. Developing skills and business knowledge to grow into a assistant business development manager. After achieving monthly lead target, BD executive will accompany reporting managers for F2F meeting to develop selling skills and increase business knowledge to be able to achieve career growth as per the life cycle of the role.

- Of leads attended per week and per month

- Of site visits in a week and month

- Of independent leads generated and meetings set up

- Creative ideas delivered to make the working strategies efficient

- Of F2F meetings attended with reporting manager on monthly basis
