The Job:
You will be responsible for :
- Responsible for the end-to-end sales process and business development
- Spearheading Sales Activity for Luxury Segment with a team of dedicated Sales Professionals.
- Devising a robust HNI Customer Acquisition Program through various innovative activities and market campaigns to acquire & retain customers.
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Answering calls and e-mails and providing details of the available properties for sale. Accompanying visitors to the site and explaining the specifications of the property.
- Giving my Best to close the Deal and helps in all aspects of Pre and Post Booking processes.

Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1-year of experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply
- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering consumers is a strong plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
