Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-10 yrs)
- Outstanding sales abilities and the ability to interact with customers.
- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers & builders and their business responsibilities.
- Create a network of builders and real estate agents in the designated area and establish relationships with them
- Responsible for generating net sales and new revenue, within existing relationships and new clients, by leveraging the broad suite of product offerings to our relevant customer segments.
- Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales targets to maximize revenue and meet targets.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.
- Responsible for key account relationships with key customers in the region.
- Sales experience minimum 1 year in banking/credit card/telecom/UPI app downloads/real estate.
- This would be a field job, a 2-wheeler is mandatory
