Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (0-5 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires exceptional sales skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Handle Inbound/Outbound calls including information about product or services to our clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate the market and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential opportunities.
- Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue and enhance overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to sales techniques, industry trends, and product/service offerings.
