Job For Business Development Executive - Real Estate
SALARY: 15,000/- To 30,000/-Per Month (Negotiable-Based on candidate capability) + Handsome Incentives on Every Deal.
EXPERIENCE: 00 To 06 Months For Freshers & 02-04 Years Experience In Sales For Experienced.
QUALIFICATION: Graduation/Under Graduate.
Age: Maximum 30 Year.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sale products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Having Real-Estate Product Knowledge will be added advantage Like Land(N.A./Agricultural), Flats(Residential/Commercial), Bungalow, Villa, Row-Houses Etc.
- Ready to archive the given targets.
- Good Communication with decent Personality.
- Ready to visit the Site & Client Place for Meetings or Product Presentation.
Weekly-off on Monday.
