Job Description:
- Supporting those in managerial positions
- Assisting with Sales in all stages of process
- Conducting research to build upon the client
- Providing interesting and insightful ideas to the management to further improve the paradigm of Sales
- Professionally conversing with customers awaiting to contact a manager
- Sensibly and trustingly handle complaints and other customer issues
- Organising meetings by contacting others, booking a meeting place etc.
- Knowledge of market change and the importance of such a process
- Conducting paramount market research
- Ensuring codes of conduct are not broken, and the knowledge behind why this is important to uphold
- Ensuring that all promotional material is up to date
- Handling administration, including but not limited to, logs, customer data, company data, sales trafficking etc.
- Arranging meetings between company and clients
- Handling of high profile clients
- Ensure staff are up to date with all updated company processes
