Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an International Business Development Executive. International Business Executive role will be to seek new business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with potential clients. Executive will use his/her communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact until he/she closes the deal. Executive will also ensure proper after-sales service.
We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious, proactive team player who we will rely on to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and capitalize on our strategic business development plan.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Collecting market information of the Industry to analyze trends and identify business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads as necessary to fill the sales pipeline.
- Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads.
- Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics.
- Email marketing, drafting emails and sending them to the international clients for updates.
- Out of the box thinking is a definite add-on.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
Requirements :
- Excellent selling skills
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Team Spirit, always ready to learn new things, hardworking and sincere, punctual
- Good in building relations, self - motivated, good listening skill
- Time Management
Qualification :
- MBA in International Business.
