Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
- Identifying avenues of Business generation by liaising with architects/interior designers and contractors
- Managing accounts end to end - Order Generation to Payment fulfilment
- Ensuring sustainable revenue contribution from the designated accounts
- Undertake pricing discussions and negotiations with other relevant stakeholders of the company
- Lead generation using LinkedIn, e-mail, cold calling etc
- Identifying areas of business promotion
- Being abreast with the market developments and new offerings
- Identifying, planning and executing BTL activities
Requirements:
- Sales Experience of 1+ Year
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive closure
