About Us :

We are a leading facility management company dedicated to providing services to our clients across various industries. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales CRM Executive to join our sales team. This role is crucial for developing leads, fixing meetings, and supporting our sales strategies nationwide.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Management :

- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.

- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.

2. Meeting Coordination :

- Schedule and organize meetings with prospective clients.

- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients before and after meetings.

- Prepare necessary materials and presentations for client meetings.

3. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Address client queries and provide solutions promptly.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

4. Sales Support :

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.

- Provide support in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.

- Monitor and report on sales activities

5. Reporting :

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and client meetings.

- Analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, CRM, or a similar role, preferably in the facility management industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively.
