Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)
- To meet new prospects and maintain relations with existing clients.
- Maintain confidentiality while serving with HNI clients.
- Visit sites, create content, and advertise the inventories.
- Maintain multi-level coordination with the team to facilitate the customers in the best way.
- Suggest finance options to the clients and help them with the documentation.
- Follow up with the banks and other NBFCs regarding the dispersal of the payments.
- Negotiate deals with clients and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated about local news and events.
- Owning a two-wheeler would be an added advantage.
