Role : Business development executive

Experience : 1 to 5 Years
Salary : Upto 6 LPA (Depends upon the interview)
Skills : Excellent communication in English
- Must have experience to handle Corporate clients
Roles and responsibilities :
1) Meeting with potential corporate lessors
2) Providing the latest market knowledge to the lessors
3) Preparing proper paperwork and lease agreements
4) Assisting tenants in filling their leasing forms
5) Presenting the properties to prospective clients
6) Convincing the clients in a professional manner
7) Promoting and advertising the available properties.
8) Maintain the good relationships with new and existing clients.
