Job Responsibilities :
- Major responsibility is into B2B & Corporate Selling
- To provide complete branding solutions to corporate clientele through Commercial printing, Retail visibility, corporate gifting & Design Studio as marketing collateral's.
- New Client Acquisition & Lead generation
- Identify Customer needs and service newly acquired clients to tap full potential
- Effective closure of sales deals with customer delight
- Ensure smooth execution from production to payment received. Making sure the order is delivered as committed
- Exceed Customer Expectations & Satisfaction. To collect customer feedback on every order &escalate up-line in case of any complaints.
