Executive - Business Development - Printing Business (3-4 yrs)
A business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organisations products/services
A business development professional has three primary responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Candidate should have relevant experience in new client acquisition.
- Should be capable of business development, client servicing and sales.
- Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a large print organization preferably into commercial format digital printing, etc.
- Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a marketing services/BTL agency
- Should be well versed with MS Windows, ERP and other relevant software printing, retail visibility, corporate gilding & promotion, large
- Major responsibility is into B2B & Corporate Selling
- To provide complete branding solutions to corporate clientele through Commercial printing, Retail visibility, corporate gifting & Design Studio as marketing collaterals.
- New Client Acquisition and Lead generation
- Identify Customer needs and service newly acquired clients to tap full potential L Effective closure of sales deals with customer delight
- Ensure smooth execution from production to payment received. Making sure the order is delivered as committed L Exceed Customer Expectations & Satisfaction. To collect customer feedback on every order & escalate up-line in case of any complaints
6 Days a week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
