Executive - Business Development - Pharmaceuticals Business (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Marketing & Strategy :
- Identifying product line segments and markets
- Building business relationships with potential clients prospects
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support including responding to client requests for proposals
- Creating informative concept and product segment presentations for customers/prospects, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
2. Selling & Operations :
- To search, create, retain and grow key accounts
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Generate inquiries then do qualifying and securing business opportunities. Coordinating business inquiries generation activities and developing customised targeted sales strategies
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Tracking all quotes for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
3. Revenue Management :
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Prepare sales budget, and segment targets with customer wise break ups
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
Qualification : Bachelors/Master's Degree (Bsc./B.com/Msc)
Experience : 5 - 10 Years
Industry Type : Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients - Raw Materials (B2B)
CTC : 6 - 7 Lacs Per Anum (+ Commissions as per sales achieved)
