Executive - Business Development - Pharmaceuticals Business (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Marketing & Strategy:
Identifying product line segments and markets
Building business relationships with potential clients prospects
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support including responding to client requests for proposals
Creating informative concept and product segment presentations for customers/prospects, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
2. Selling & Operations:
To search, create, retain and grow key accounts
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Generate inquiries then do qualifying and securing business opportunities. Coordinating business inquiries generation activities and developing customised targeted sales strategies
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
Tracking all quotes for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
3. Revenue Management:
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Prepare sales budget, and segment targets with customer wise break ups
Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
Qualification:
Bachelors / Master's Degree (Bsc./B.com/Msc)
Experience : 5 - 10 Years
Industry Type : Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients - Raw Materials (B2B)
CTC : 6 - 7 Lacs Per Anum (+ Commissions as per sales achieved)
