Executive - Business Development - Pharmaceutical/Medical (3-5 yrs)
CTC - 3 - 6 LPA
As a business development executive, you need to focus on client acquisition and expansion of business to generate revenue for the organization
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the product/service of the company
- Doing market research/study for the latest trends & competitors
- Identifying potential customers for business opportunities
- Lead generation and converting the leads into closures
- Fixing the meetings with the concern department heads
- Explaining about the product/service and it benefits
- Empanelling the customers for further process
- Coordinating with the operations/service team for the service delivery
- Maintaining the customer database
- Resolving queries from the customer end
Required Candidate profile:
- Any graduation preferably from a medical background
- Min 3 to 5 years of experience in business development from the medical/pharmaceutical field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in convincing
- Should be good in negotiation
