JOB DESCRIPTION

- Purpose of this position Contact potential clients against appointments generated to present the Relex Adherence Program and achieve conversions and registrations

- Elicit and record leads referred by existing customers

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and database holders of potential customer households to generate leads both within and outside assigned area

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

- The most important end-results for which an incumbent would be held responsible at the end of the year.

- Conversion of leads presented through appointments

- Coordinate with the Setup team to complete smooth induction of newly registered customer

- Participation in sales promotion activities

Day to Day responsibilities :


- To ensure that each customer is met on the assigned date and time and they are registered for the programme.

- Updation of all information on Relex platforms

- Build the connect with each customer and their families through empathy and knowledge sharing

- Meet the requisite sales calls/targets - weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly

Competencies / Skills Required 


- Sound disease knowledge

- Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions

- Good verbal communication skills

- Excellent customer orientation

- Ability and willingness to travel locally

Educational Qualifications

Minimum:

Should have completed

1. D Pharma

2. B.Pharma or

3. M.Pharm programme

4. MBA in Sales & Marketing with healthcare experience

Desired:

- Familiarity with chronic diseases and their management

Work Experience (Relevant and Total Experience

- 1+ year in Sales or customer facing functions

Technical Qualifications, if any

Should possess:

Valid Driving Licence

Two wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle RC Book, Insurance, Emission Test and vehicle Insurance.
