Executive - Business Development - Pest Service (1-3 yrs)
- Developing business tie up with Large Institutions & Key Accounts for pest service
- Generating leads through networking, reference, existing customer database and cold calling if required
- Pitching presentations for big accounts
- Handling Corporate like hotels / hospitals / IT&ITES/SME
- Conducting detail inspection of the site, preparing inspection Report, pricing and sales invoice
- Preparing Funnel Report
- Payment Collection and controlling bad debts
- Liason with Service Team for service scheduling
- Relationship Management with Key Accounts
- Ensure desired productivity level of team members and following company sales process
Team Management
- Recruit, Train and Retain Team Members
- Review Team through morning Meeting / DSRs
- Conduct Field Coaching / Role Plays for team members
- Ensure Team discipline
Other Skills - Required
- Experience in Key Account Management sales and handling B2C model of sales
- Should have handled team handling corporate business
