Executive - Business Development - Online Sales - eCommerce/Edutech (1-3 yrs)
A leading Edutech company specializing in developing innovative pre-learning products for enhancing creativity and brain activities in Kids.
Business Development Executive is responsible for bringing in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques. The business development manager will also be responsible for creating awareness about company and generating revenue by selling Activity Box Subscriptions.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Taking calls/ Converting leads into sales.
- Cold Calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Developing, Managing and growing existing clients- relationships.
- Resolving customer issues and helping them understand the product benefits.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's.
- Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
Desired Candidature :
- Proven Track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Engage in the entire sales process - lead generation, contact management,cold calling, finalizing sales .
- Execute and implement marketing and sales initiatives.
- Follow-up for deal closure.
- Strong Communication skills with assertive attitude.
- Good analytical skills & eye for details.
- Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
- Strong follow-up ability & keenness.
