Executive - Business Development/Online Bidding (0-1 yrs)

The Online Bidder is responsible for generating business through online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. The individual will identify potential clients, understand their project requirements, and submit competitive proposals to secure new projects. The goal is to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

- Market Research : Conduct thorough research to identify new potential clients and market opportunities on various freelancing and bidding platforms.

- Bid Preparation : Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals to potential clients.

- Client Communication : Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their project requirements and address their queries.

- Lead Generation : Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.

- Project Management : Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.


- Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on bid progress, success rates, and other key metrics.


- Competitor Analysis : Analyze competitors' strategies and identify ways to improve bid success rates.

- Content Creation : Develop compelling and persuasive content for proposals and company profiles.

- Follow-up : Follow up with potential clients to clarify bid details, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience : Previous experience in online bidding, business development, or sales is preferred.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Technical Skills : Familiarity with freelancing platforms and project management tools.

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.

- Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Time Management : Ability to manage multiple bids and proposals simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing proposals and bids.

- Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Additional Requirements :

- Flexibility : Willingness to work in a flexible schedule to meet client requirements in different time zones.

- Self-Motivation : Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.

- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Work Environment :

- On-Site Work : Work from the office. Office location is in a non-metro city.
