Position OverviewAs an Executive in Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals.


- Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, promoting our products/services, and effectively communicating our value proposition to achieve sales conversions.

Responsibilities :


- Business Development and Sales : Drive sales growth through client acquisition and retention strategies.


- Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.


- Upselling to Current Customers: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products/services to existing customers.


- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.


- Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources


- Product Improvement: Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback for product enhancements.


- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client interactions and data.


- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to support business development goals.


- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
