Executive - Business Development - Medical Device (1-5 yrs)
1. Liaison and build relationship with doctors & various other channels in such a manner that it gets converted into referrals for the company.
2. Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition and also provide referrals of family and friends.
3. Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and continued business.
4. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
5. Person should be focused on Revenue targets and high achievement orientation
6. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
7. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
8. Counsel & resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
10. Person should have good presentation skills and good communication.
11. Should be able to go extra mile to close business
