Executive - Business Development - MBA Courses - Education Group (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for the profile of Business Development at one of the Leading Education Group
Position Objective: To build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Brand Building
- Travelling extensively as per the plans in approval by the regional head for the maximum coverage and reach
- Conducting satellite activities, participating in Education fairs, college and coaching classes presentations
- Handling branding tasks of News Paper, email & sms campaigns
- Conducting BTL activities, promotional drives in coordination with the central marketing team and Regional Head as per the budget allocated
2) Lead Generations
- Planning and organizing walking drives and campaigns across the institutes in the region
- Conducting regular presentations, seminars and workshops at local and regional colleges & institutes
- Developing channel partners at local levels to increase the inflow of leads
- TAP test registration, conducting test, lead generation to final admission conversion
- Strategizing the lead generations activities to ensure the regular batches at the universities for the DMBA programs
3) Business Development
- Acquiring channel partners
- Monitor target v/s achievement on regular basis
Experience and Qualification:
1) Candidate should be a graduate with Minimum 3+ years of experience of students- acquisition in higher education at regional level
2) Should have actively worked in student acquisition for higher education programs
Skills and Knowledge:
1) Open to travel extensively in local and regional colleges
2) Strong in networking at senior levels of Universities and Colleges
3) Connect with channel partners and ability to develop new ones Good in presentation and communications skills
4) Proficient in MS Office
