The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and - recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
Ideal Candidate :
- Business development and consulting skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Proven ability in converting opportunities into new client engagements and building long term business relationships.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Cold Call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to independently handle customer interaction for technical & commercial negotiations.
- Should have strong affinity towards service business.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Email Marketings and lead generation.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
