The Job
Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation through organic marketing campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various online channels and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Freelance Platform Management:
- Expertly navigates and bids on freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others to secure new projects.
- Craft compelling proposals and pitches to attract and win new clients.
- Maintain and update profiles on freelance platforms to enhance visibility and credibility.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
-Utilize SEO, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and g enerate leads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Communication and Reporting:
- Prepared and delivered presentations and reports to management on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Provide regular updates and feedback on client interactions and project statuses.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 4 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Sales, BDM, Bidding and Upwork
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
