Job Description : Business Development Executive

Position : Lead Generation Executive

Location : Pune

Job Type : Full-time

NOTE : Only Female candidates are preferred, with the experience of 1-3yrs into International BPO. OR Candidates with exceptional track record in lead generation, sales and business development in India.

Job Summary :

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to expand our customer base by engaging with potential clients through various channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Mar-tech Agency. Calling all aspirants with international BPO experience and who are looking for a career in the MarTech industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads in the Indian and US markets.

- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to establish initial contact and qualify leads. Cold calling and prospecting experience is a must.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by continuously sourcing new leads.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.

- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.

- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in an Domestic/international BPO setting.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is a must

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

- Flexibility to work in different time zones as required for the Indian and US markets.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
