Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in comprehensive digital marketing services for healthcare providers, including physiotherapists, dental clinics, and medical clinics.

The Job

Responsibilities:

- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry in the USA and Canada. Develop and implement strategies to target these prospects.

Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

Lead Generation- : Generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and attending industry events.

Lead Nurturing : Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. Provide relevant information and follow-up to keep leads engaged.

Sales Process Management : Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborate with Marketing Team : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies.

Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.

Evening Work : Since our clients are based in the USA/Canada, be prepared to work evening hours to accommodate different time zones.

Ideal Candidate :

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Representative, preferably working for a digital marketing agency and/or SaaS company.

Skills :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record in B2B sales.

- Knowledge of digital marketing services and strategies.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the healthcare or SaaS or marketing industry is a plus.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

Language Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
