Job Entails :

1. Client Acquisition : Identify and reach out to potential clients (schools, companies, sports clubs) and Generate leads through calls, emails, and meetings.

2. Sales : Present product offerings to clients; Close deals and meet sales targets.

3. Client Relations : Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and Provide support and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research : Monitor industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.

5. Negotiations : Negotiate prices and terms with clients

Candidate Specification :

1. Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in business development role majorly in product-based company or manufacturing unit.

2. Good communication and selling skills.

3. Have exposure of market research and strong negotiation skills.

4. Proficient with Ms. Office tools and able to write and respond to emails.

5. Female candidate staying nearby location will be given preference.
