Executive - Business Development/Lead Generation - IT (0-2 yrs)
- Managing incoming leads from our global website, google ads, social media ads, events, contact us forms and chat bots.
- Experience in reading and understanding current market trends in technology area
- Prepare reports and present results to management, partners and customers
- Efficiently working on automated tools that help generate leads to the sales team
- Lead Generation / Appointment Generation, Web Research, Inside Sales, Up selling, Cold calling
- Assigning and qualifying leads to our sales team spread across globally
- Working from existing lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to clients, existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and services we offer.
- Provide high quality service to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing product information and product pricing.
- Speaking with Key Decision Makers /influencers to promote the products and services.
- Co-ordinating with the sales team for their lead generation requirements
- Meet or exceed all marketing quotas and activity objectives in assigned territory
- Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone/email selling skills to promote client's products.
- Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer/prospect information.
