Executive - Business Development/Lead Generation (3-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Leverage LinkedIn & relevant Platforms as a primary tool to identify, target, and engage senior executives, CEOs, and Business Heads of organizations for new business development.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients, build rapport, and present our services.
- Proactively engage in gate-crashing strategies to secure meetings with key decision-makers by leveraging your communication & presentation skills.
- Conduct thorough research on target companies, industries, and key stakeholders to tailor communication and value propositions effectively.
- Initiate and manage conversations through messaging, InMails, and other LinkedIn communication channels.
- Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn network to expand industry connections and foster relationships.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and target potential clients.
- Provide regular updates on outreach efforts, progress, and results to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to drive informed conversations.
- Continuously improve and refine outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proven 3 years experience in business development, lead generation roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage senior-level professionals.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn features, functionalities, and networking best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM tools, and LinkedIn analytics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Adept at researching and identifying potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management is a plus.
