- Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work with the sales and recruitment teams to meet and exceed targets.

- Strategic Planning Support: Assist in developing and refining sales strategies.

- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance, leads, and pipeline progress.
