Executive - Business Development - Key Accounts/Sales & Business Development - Electronics Product (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Key Account Management :
- Identify and prioritize key accounts based on their potential value.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand key accounts' business needs and tailor solutions to meet them.
2. Sales Strategy :
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and present innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve collective goals.
3. Client Engagement :
- Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to understand their evolving needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Sales Pipeline Management :
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
5. Market Research & Digital Marketing :
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Identify potential market segments and new clients for expansion.
6. Negotiation and Closing :
- Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals.
- Ensure all contractual agreements are accurate and compliant.
7. Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support.
- Share client feedback and insights to enhance product/service offerings.
8. Sales Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and correspondence.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation on time.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing
- 0-2 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
