Executive - Business Development - IT/Telecom (0-3 yrs)
About the role :
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
Responsibilities :
- Make designated number of outbound calls within the time allotted following given script.
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
- Build strong client relationship and enhance business scope with them.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up.
- Describe products to the customers and responds to queries and close sales. Has to prepare the reports and maintain them.
Candidate requirements :
- Excellent English Communication Skills with fluent Hindi.
- Neutral Indian Accent in English
- Quick learner and smart work
- Flexibility to work in Rotational and Day Shifts (No Night shifts) between 9am IST to 6pm IST.
- Flexibility to extend in case of business requirements
- A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office applications
- 0 - 3 years of Experience.
