Job Description:
1. Experience into Domestic (Client Acquisition) as a Business Development Executive
2. Experience into Business Development, Recruitment Research, Identify opportunities, create and introduce new ideas, methods or processes to projects/clients
3. Qualifying, developing new clients and maintain relationship with clients.
4. Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
5. Ensure the annual revenue target is met.
6. Develop new business in the assigned vertical.
7. Build a serviceable sales pipeline of open positions to meet periodic revenue goals
8. Ensure presentation to clients and signing up the clients for the services.
9. Excellent business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
10. Experience in building clientele base.
11. Manage the existing account for domestic staffing and penetration within the same account for repeat opportunities of business.
12. Provide leadership, coaching and counselling for all associates.
13. Must be good in Industry Mapping
Qualification:
MBA/B.Tech or equivnt degree with minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
