Executive - Business Development - IT Staffing Firm (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Works closely with the CEO and other functional heads to develop market expansion strategies.
- Builds and manages a team of Account Executives
- Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.
- Leads sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship management teams.
- Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
- Fulfils requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
- Create contract frameworks and negotiate the terms with clients to close sales
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to create Sales performance reports
- Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
- Acts as a company representative at trade shows and other related events
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS or recruitment industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMs
