Executive - Business Development - IT Staffing (5-6 yrs)
Candidate should have :
- Total 5 years of experience in IT Staffing industry or 3 years of BD experience in IT staffing.
- 3 years of minimum experience working as a BD in IT staffing.
- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What kind of profile we are looking for :
- Should know technical terms Technical Recruitment experience (domestic).
- Sales experience (IT staffing).
- Someone who knows about social media strategies, head hunting, Trade fairs, Trade shows.
- Should have a large number of relevant contacts (IT staffing clients based) on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
- Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
