Executive - Business Development - IT Staffing (3-10 yrs)
2+ Years of experience in Sales, handling Tier-1 Clients, In US Staffing Industry
You MUST have an Active Working list of Tier-1 clients
You must be able to bring business from US consulting firms in IT contract staffing.
Business Development / Lead generation.
The candidate must have top comm skills to talk to US clients
Manage all communications with Clients/Candidates
Qualification - Any Graduaction / Post graduaction.
Communication skills is Good.
Experience - Fresher / Experience

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
- This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
- The candidate will also be responsible for targeting key accounts, building relationships with new clients, setting appointments and uncovering new opportunities and helping to grow the business
