Position Overview :
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our recruitment business by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of success in business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition and Management : Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities. Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs. Use insights to develop targeted strategies for business growth.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build and maintain a strong professional network. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Collaboration : Work closely with recruitment consultants and other team members to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of recruitment projects.
- Reporting : Monitor and report on business development activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and sales performance. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and outcomes.
- Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Skills : Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
