Executive - Business Development - IT Staffing (1-10 yrs)
- Should have an understanding on the different segment of IT Staffing and project pitching.
- Research market data and analyze prospects services and business potential Generate leads through cold calling
- Organize sales / technical presentation calls with technical team/prospect
- Manage Request for Proposal and followup till closure
- Responsible for Lead generation
- Coordinate with project team for effective project delivery
- Relationship management with clients
- Update management/lead on performance status
- Cross Selling our services to various companies
- Overall responsible for Business Development cycle for all verticals, right from cold calling to billing
