Executive - Business Development - IT Solution (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns by e-mails and cold calling, lead generation, initiating dialogue with prospective clients, Identifying opportunities, Effectively communicating the domain capability, competency and service offerings of the Company to prospective clients.
- Generate lead via Secondary Research from different Social Media platform.
- Responsible for selling IT Solutions and Staff augmentation services to companies.
- Take introductory calls (explaining services in depth).
- Understanding client requirements, discussing about their pain areas & aligning our offerings to it.
- Conveying the company practices to the clients.
- Research and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop new business opportunities by effectively communicating product lines to leading international corporations.
- Maintaining and updating databases on CRM (MS Dynamics) and monitoring the email flow to prospects on a timely manner.
