Executive - Business Development - IT Software (1-3 yrs)
PROCESS MASTER is looking for Business Development Executive having extensive experience in Software Selling.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for Qualified Lead Generation and development of healthy sales funnel
2. Manage all communication with leads till sales closure including presentations and first-level product demos
3. Nurturing clients/partner relationship to both influence and build a pipeline of opportunities
4. Negotiation in terms of deal pricing and making an effort to close the deal immediately
5. Ensuring clients satisfaction at all levels
5. Maximizing sales revenue by up-selling in existing accounts and cross-selling
6. Meet out quarterly sales target in the region
7. Experience in selling enterprise solutions across different business verticals
8. Develop marketing communication to attract Brand recall to target customers
9. Generating customer needs and delivering quality services
Requirements :
1. Qualification: MBA(Marketing), B.E/B.Tech
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
3. Persuasive and goal-oriented
4. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
5. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
6. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
7. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
