The Job

Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue business opportunities on Upwork by effectively bidding on projects related to digital marketing, IT services, and web development & designing.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize success rates in winning bids and securing new projects.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients on Upwork to foster long-term partnerships.

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions on Upwork

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in bidding and securing digital marketing, IT, and web development & designing projects on Upwork.

- Strong understanding of Upwork platform functionalities and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.


- Results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and objectives.


- Impressive profile and track record on Upwork with positive client feedback and ratings is highly advantageous.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with client requirements, milestones, and deadlines.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address any challenges that arise.
