Executive - Business Development - IT Services (1-2 yrs)
Job Role : Business Development Executive
Shift Timing - 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Monday to Friday
Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly inside sales targets
Should have experience in IT SERVICES Sales
Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding outbound Sales Services
Research and call relevant stakeholders to describe Gleecus' service lines and setting up meetings with stakeholders
Prospecting by making a minimum of 100 outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads
Ability to have sprints with stakeholders to understand company's vision
Required Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT Sales (US mandatory)
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling is preferred but not mandatory
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent communication & reporting skills
- Capable of learning on the fly
- Exceptional business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating & influencing ability
- Go Getter with a Can do attitude
- Immediate Joiners are preferred
